📦 Shipping & Pickup Policy

  • Delivery: same day, next day, or on a preferred date (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

  • Pickup: available daily (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM). After placing your order, we will contact you by SMS or email to confirm the exact pickup time.

  • If you need delivery or pickup on a later date, no problem — your order is already paid and reserved for you. We’ll coordinate the best time together.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours, including your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Refunds are processed back to your payment method after verification.
