Most of our items come from Amazon returns. In many cases, the products are completely new and unused.
Before selling, we carefully check each item — we inspect it, make sure all parts are included, and repackage it properly.
We never sell broken or defective products.
If something minor is missing (for example, a simple carrying bag), this will always be mentioned in the product description.
